I Agree the following

-You may not access the Free Trial Service if you are a direct or indirect competitor of WHIZeCargo.com.
-In addition, you may not access the Service for purposes of benchmarking or competitive purposes.
-You shall not
(i) license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit or make
available to any third party WHIZeCargo Features or its content in any way;
(ii) modify or make derivative works based upon WHIZeCargo Features or Services or its Content;
(iii) create Internet "links" to WHIZeCargo Services or "frame" or "mirror" any Content on any other server or wireless or
Internet-based device; or
(iv) reverse engineer or access WHIZeCargo Features or Services or its Content in order to
(a) build a competitive product or service,
(b) build a product or customised software for your company using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics of WHIZeCargo,
or (c) copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Service.
You may use the Service only for evaluation purposes and shall not:
(i) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of WHIZeCargo Service or the data contained therein; or
(ii) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other WHIZeCargo services or its related systems or networks.
-You may not rent, lease, sublicense, loan, resell or directly or indirectly transfer WHIZeCargo Free Trial License.
-You may not permit your company, any parent, affiliate, subsidiary or any other third parties to benefit from the use or functionality of the Free Trial License,
either directly or via a facility management, timesharing, service bureau or any other arrangement.
-You may not transfer any or all of the rights granted to You under this Agreement.
-You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble WHIZeCargo software.  You may not modify, or create derivative works based upon the Service in whole or in part.
-You may not duplicate or copy any portion of WHIZeCargo.  You may not remove any proprietary notices or labels on WHIZeCargo.
-You may not develop a competitive product to the Service that incorporates any features, functions or graphics from the Service.
